BDE – JOB PROFILE

Job Description:

1. Identification of clients for Temp staffing as well as Permanent hiring.
2. New client generation – Minimum of 7 clients per Month and Temping prospects.
3. Signing the MOUs with respective clients immediately after initiating the Business call.
4. Responsible to procure:
1. Job Description (Primary Skills, Secondary Skills)
2. Submission Dead line (Turn-Around-Time)
3. Target companies
4. Qualification
5. Experience
6. CTC etc…
5. Responsible to pass on the Job Description to the Recruitment team immediately & should know who is working on it.
6. Introducing the recruiters to their respective clients - Single point of contact for client.
7. Regular interaction with the team members to discuss the developments & measures for improvement.
8. Need to expand business among IT and Non-IT companies in and around Hyderabad.
9. Requires ongoing relationship management with clients.
10. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective clients.
11. Meet all existing clients twice a week.
12. Responsible for meeting the weekly business generation targets.
13. Motivating the team to achieve the team revenue generation targets.
14. On an average make 8-10 calls per day. They can be Cold Calls/Follow-up Calls/ Feedback Calls etc.
15. Ensure that most of your time is spent productively on the field for generating business.
16. Should achieve the Targets assigned in terms of Business & Revenue Generation.
17. Before leaving on field send in the Plan of Action for the day to the respective Team Lead/Manager without fail &discuss the same once back to office in the evening.
18. Maintain daily call reports in an excel sheet & submit the reports to the respective Team Lead/Manager by the weekend positively.
19. Inform/call immediately the Team Lead/Manager in case of any emergency when on field.
20. Abide by the Company rules, regulations& maintain strict Discipline at all times.



Desired Profile

MBA with Marketing as major (or) any graduate with relevant (Recruitment Industry) experience.

1. Minimum 6 months experience in sales and business development.
2. Understanding of outsourcing.
3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are must.
4. Package: 10k - 18k CTC
